Pipedrive, a CRM revenue platform for small businesses, has launched a new workflow automation feature.
The tool, now part of the firm’s Campaigns by Pipedrive, provides one
platform for syncing email and CRM, allowing brands to stay in touch throughout the customer lifecycle.
The automation tool also includes an auto-delay that allows customers to time
email campaigns.
The goal is to help clients “organize their operations cost-effectively, re-think their business approaches, and get creative with building meaningful client
relationships,” says Shaun Shirazian, CPO, Pipedrive.
The new capabilities also allow users to track campaigns and monitor engagement, delivery and performance rates, the company
claims.
In addition, teams can share data across sales and marketing departments, and create dashboards and reports.
